Ford Architects, in collaboration with CSHQA, produced a master plan for the Rocky Mountain Service, Employment & Redevelopment / Jobs for Progress Inc. (RMSER) in Pueblo, CO.
The project focused on converting Spann Elementary School into an early childhood education center combined with a community center and workforce development services. The team conducted assessments of the abandoned facilities, interviews of key stakeholders, and multiple Design Advisory Group meetings to create a program tailored to reflect RMSER's identity.
