JEDI Committee: Discussion & Donuts

Our JEDI Committee at Ford Architects hosts a bi-monthly session, called Discussion and Donuts, where we watch a video focused on topics related to Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, followed by a group discussion. The session sparked an engaging and thoughtful conversation inspired by Carin Taylor’s TED Talk on the topic of belonging. Watch below!

At our January session, we welcomed guests from J.R. Harris and Company. Kathy Ford and Holly Janowicz, PE, SE, PhD, an owner at JRH, are currently in the Contractor Academy, and educational affiliate of the HCC.
