AFA partnered with RTA Architects to provide architectural services for the Kim School District. The project included historic renovations and additions with a focus on enabling community activities after-hours, limiting square footage through program efficiency, and daylight harvesting.

The scope of work included administration and science room configuration, masonry and structural repair, a complete HVAC replacement and a safe and secure entry addition.
