The auditorium / theater addition comprises roughly 16,000 square feet and seating for 418 people, along with back-of-house areas for changing rooms and scene shop.

These program elements are further enhanced with a generous lobby space and dedicated entry that opens to additional outdoor seating areas.

Early design programming efforts determined that the auditorium would serve multiple functions and required flexibility, thus natural daylighting is incorporated into the auditorium for access to views during music performances but able to be blacked out for theatrical performances.
